"I had a man use a nail filing drill on my natural nails like it was a power tool. Totally ruined my nails and was so rough. Would cut me and act like it was polish (guess what, it wasn’t). After he finished my dip manicure he continued to go over the finished nails with a nail filing drill.. made absolutely no sense. Definitely never going back and a total waste of time and money."

"I’m shocked this place has so many good reviews. It’s the reason I booked an appointment at this salon but I had the worst experience of my life getting my nails done here. Id gotten dip nails which the color I picked from the selection I was told was dip colors looked nothing like the color I picked out. When I said something about the color not being the same the nail tech tried to gaslight me instead of admitting the color was different. They told me that the colors they told me were dip actually were the gel version which is why the colors didn’t match and she wanted to paint the gel color I had picked out overtop of the wrong color dip. I told them no because gel peels and that I booked an appointment for dip because I wanted dip. She ended up picking out another dip color that was closer to the original color I chose but it still wasn’t the same. At that point I just let it slide because we were already so far into the appointment and I just wanted to be out of there. The tech put a top coat on my nail which I assumed was dip but then told me I needed to cure it under the UV light. When I asked if it was gel they said they do all their top coats in gel. I told them I wish they would’ve told me that ahead of time and I pay more for dip because I want dip. The other nail tech tried to tell me it was the same price as gel which was a lie which I found out when I went to pay because I was paying for my friends nails too and she had gotten gel. I said something to them about why isn’t it the same price and they said the price for dip is more than gel. This place is so unethical and dishonest I’m now doubting if they even practice hygiene properly given the ethical standards I witnessed."
