"If your in the area have to go visit go during the morning time tide comes up at night time"
"We inadvertently ended up on this beach on a kayaking trip and just stopped to have some sandwiches. There are huge sea shells, lots of colourful rocks, and grass on the beach. This actually makes it quite tricky to walk if you have sensitive feet (I do). Water is clear and you can see fish inside. We were travelling with a child and a gentleman kindly warned us once we set up our blanket that this beach is actually generally not child friendly as it’s a known hook up spot for couples in Ptown and also clothing optional. Very interesting to know! We didn’t see anything during our short stay there, but for anyone else who didn’t know or may want to know this - now you do!"
"Nice strip of beach where the bois can relax, anchored boats with music, def some skin. It's a hike though, and best through the marshes cuz the trek by land is work! Bring a back pack so you won't have to carry your bags high if the water is high."
"Boy beach is the worst kept secret in Provincetown. It is a beach accessible only by a 1 mile hike through a salt marsh. Your reward is a beautiful stretch of beach with relaxed patrols and rules. Mainly a clothing optional spot for LGBT to sun, swim and play. Enter at the Boy Beach Bike rack on 6A and follow the crowd. You should see a couple hundred bicycles with the entrance to the marsh in the middle or a longer walk from Herring Cove. The hike is about 30 minutes and you need to bring everything with you as there are no amenities. Rangers occasionally patrol and you’ll need to put on a suit. The dunes have some more intImate activity for those inclined. Watch the tide as the hike can get wet."
