"This isn't my own experience but what happened to my dad not only once but twice before he passed.First time was when he was omitted there for international bleeding and they told him he had to go on oxygen that he didn't actually need which was to high in the first place that led him to having a minor stroke and the was just last month before he passed away when went there because of low blood pressure and a irelgur heart beat and the nurse who was In charge didn't do really anything for him. So no I wouldn't tell anyone to go to this hospital for anything."

"The Nurses, Doctors, Imaging, Lab, maintenance Staff are Top Shelf. Food preparation HORRIBLE. ALMOST INEDIBLE. I had most of my food delivered. Meats were dried out every meal. Fish the worst Veggies half cooked. Tray accessories are always lacking the proper amounts of sugar, creamers and other condiments to fit the obvious drinks and meals. Soups requested 4 days and given a green Ox Bow Chicken powder Broth with a cup of warm water. Worst attempt I have ever seen at feeding people. This operation is a dismal failure. No menu, they serve whatever happens to be available in the kitchen. They simply don't have a clue. This operation is criminal. The next time I go to Saratoga Hospital I will have my own food ordered from good local restaurants. I experienced 9 days of turning back most every meal and had my meals brought in. Same complaints from everyone I spoke to on the floor, staff included. Most of the staff are afraid to say anything. This hospital was always considered the best until they associated themselves with Albany Medical Center, which is well known as the worst hospital in this entire area. "Went in for same day procedure and everyone I worked with was amazing! Reception was fast and the pre op/dr/post op team were beyond incredible. I can’t remember all names but want to give a special thanks to Judy, RN - pre-op; Dr. Knoller; Ellie - anesthesia nurse; Lisa- RN- post op nurse; and Cyndi- post op tech. Thank you all for making me feel at ease and giving me the best care during my short time. With sincere respect and appreciate for all of you and what you do! ❤️"

"I want to say thank you to everyone even the receptionist at the Saratoga day surgery unit all the nurses even surgeon, and all thank you all of you were so amazing you made this surgery not only mentally but physically easier on me and my husband. He was also very impressed this was his first time going in there. To all my nurses your so amazing. Catie my RN I'm happy you smiled n I am proud to say I think instead of going to Glens Falls we will take the extra time to go to Saratoga. ..I wish Glens Falls was more like Saratoga.
