"They've kept me alive and well for 11 1/2 years with stage 4 Professional kind and so friendly. I love these people!"
"My comments are not based on any experience with the providers at this office. I was referred here by my cardiologist after having a medical emergency which would require specialized bloodwork. My cardiologist made the referral directly to this office. I waited a week to hear from them for an appointment and then called to follow up. I was told by the receptionist my referral was under review by their PA. I asked how long this process would take but was not given a direct timeframe. I waited another week with no call from the office. I called again a second time to be told they could not find my referral. I clarified that I was told it was under review last time I called. I was told she would call me back. She did call me back within several hours only to be told that my referral was considered non urgent and they are only taking urgent referrals at this time. I was beyond frustrated that this was the process being used and this was what was said to me. I understand they are busy… but they have a responsibility to have a timely referral process where a potential new patient does not have to call several times to check on the referral. Secondly perhaps a little empathy could be expressed in their process? Maybe this is a training issue, but I was disgusted hearing this given my medical situation at the time."
"The care here is extraordinary."
