"Magical place! Highly recommend for a nice walk. You hear and see nothing but nature"
"I had an absolutely enchanting experience at Cedar Tree Neck Sanctuary! The trails were an adventure through nature's masterpiece, guiding me to one of the most breathtaking beaches I've ever laid eyes on. The attention to detail even extended to the exquisitely crafted pine bathrooms, which were a testament to the care put into every aspect of this sanctuary. The trails were clearly marked and impeccably maintained, ensuring a seamless and delightful exploration. The experience became even more magical as the forest embraced me with the intoxicating scent of sweet pepperbush. The air was infused with its delicate fragrance, creating an enchanting atmosphere that transported me to a world of sensory wonder. As I wandered through the well-marked trails, the sweet pepperbush aroma added an ethereal dimension to my journey, making each step a sensory delight. This sanctuary truly engages all the senses, making it an unforgettable destination for nature lovers and those seeking an immersive escape into the beauty of the outdoors. This sanctuary truly sets the bar high for natural escapes – an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking tranquility and beauty in perfect harmony."
"Great little hike recommended by our waitress at Black Dog. It’s 1.4 miles in total. You begin a descent down to the rocky beach. Building cairns is great fun. The hike back has a rest stop, a lovely wooden bench overlooking the water. The parking lot is small and check out box turtle Johnny Sue before you head out."
"Amazing hidden gem. First day hiked around pound found goats eating invasive plants very friendly btw. Second day parked at Indian rd trail head great trails spotted two white tail deer. You could easily hike entire system in a day."
"What a hidden treasure! The pond is the best. To sit on that bench and see how alive it is was wonder-filled. I took 400 pictures on this walk."
