"Horseneck beach is so pretty! it has the BEST shells ever. If you are a shell collecter, it is a must to go there. It has the biggest, most beautiful clam shells, and most of them are intact. There are so many of them, hundreds along the beach. The parking fee is expensive though."

"Well maintained, clean, many lifeguards, ambulance standing by, State Police patrol on horseback, a great deal of beach space and lightly populated (especially on weekdays). Bring your sandals, there are small rocks between the beach and the water. Beautiful functional bathhouses and restrooms. State park passes apply."

"It’s a really good beach but sometimes be careful of the waves because it can pull you in or it can swallow you. It’s really a good beach though. The life guards are always guarding, the beach is pretty clean and they have fair rules( no alcohol, no smoking and no dogs.) They have restrooms but honestly they are kinda scary cause ur doing ur business in this huge somewhere going hole. Also the restrooms smell really really bad from like 10 ft away. Honestly I would recommend coming here because you are still going to have a great time on the beach."

"Love this Beach! I went for Father’s Day with my kids. Always a great time and friendly Staff. The sand is clean and perfect to enjoy with your family, friends or by yourself. The lifeguards are always walking the beach, interacting with guest and ready to serve. I highly recommend this beach for a great time."
