"USS Massachusetts is part of Battleship Cove. The Cove has three ships and a submarine for tour. The sub is currently closed for renovations but the other ships are available to tour. Small gift shop on site, ample parking. $20/per, military and other discounts are available, bringing the price to $16. Highly recommend checking out these cool pieces of history!"
"What a magnificent ship! It was amazing to see the engineering marvel. The staff are so nice and incredibly helpful. Denise was particularly helpful and we appreciated her assistance very much"
"I've been coming here about every decade since I was a kid in the 70's. I brought my kids and now I'm bringing my grand kids to experience this great exploration of a bygone era of history. While more additions have been added over the years it's sad to see these ships and sub are eroding away. It's simply to be expected but sad nonetheless. Im about another three yey the next group of grandkids will be old enough to enjoy and remember the experience. I hope that everything will still be accessible by that time. If you've never been then I'd suggest get there sooner than later before time finally takes away this great exploration of ships from our past."
"I remember visiting the USS Massachusetts at Battleship Cove. It was the high point of my two day visit. There was so much to explore inside and out! Reading about the history, seeing the exhibits and exploring every nook and cranny of this battleship helped me imagine what life was like on board. What stood out in my mind the most was learning that they served ice cream to the crew. Rank had no privileges and it was first come first serve! Even the captain had to wait in line! I highly recommend visiting all of Battleship Cove."
"I LOVE Battleship Cove, it's a MUST for anyone in MA or close to get a chance and walk aboard ships and they have a submarine you get to tour as well! Highly recommend this to anyone who loves military ships, as they are iconic! I'm a veteran and I loved the plaques remembering everyone who has served on them, and all the little details."
