"(42.1758676, -71.5978736) Had to take off my shoes and walk in about 8” of water to get to the inside dome. For me, worth it."
"Underwhelming site. Despite what other reviews have said there isn’t any good hiking here. A 5 minute stroll, yes. A hike, no. You can enter the “cave”. The entrance is about 4 feet high so you have to crouch down. There is no debris other than some limbs on the ground to step on instead of stepping in pooled water. Meh."
"Cave is behind the small shed, down the hill. The field is well kept. There is no signage at all. I missed the cave for quite some time given how small it is. Unfortunately the cave was completely flooded and full of mosquitoes. Now I wonder if it ever dries out. Cool place and history but very underwhelming not being able to see it."
"Such an adorably cute little park. So glad this land and it's history could be preserved. Was there on a sunny evening around 5:30pm. As we walked into the lower meadow, I glimpsed something hopping in the grass. Upon close inspection, was delighted to see wee small frogs! I'm guessing they were peepers? Saw at least 10 of them ... Walked carefully to hopefully avoid stepping on them!"
"I just went here today, the cave is pretty cool I have to say, I went by myself, the whole time I thought what if there's a dead guy in here, it's actually bigger then you think in there. Also make sure you bring a flashlight, it's really dark inside the cave."
