"Staff cold and uncaring. When asked if I could wait with my dad, who has EXTREME ANXIETY, with this procedure, a flat out "NO" was the response. He asked if I could wait with him and was told the same. I am his medical proxy! Absolutely NO post procedure instructions were given. I'm a nurse an know you're supposed to avoid pregnant women, babies and children until the next day. Also, not instructed to drink extra fluids to flush out the radioactive dye from your system. Staff need to reevaluate their career choices or management should fire these deadbeats!"

"I did write a much longer review, but took it down. To put it in short avoid this hospital. Very questionable billing practices and very questionable billing companies that are not associated directly with the hospital billing department. My recommendation is to go to any other hospital other than this one even in the event of an emergency ride and an ambulance go to any other hospital."

"I had a wonderful experience here. I was there for an Ultrasound- To start, the Desk was so nice!!! Michelle M. Was my Technician and she was just TOP NOTCH. She was so very kind and put me at ease immediately. Her communication was EXCELLENT and went step by step. Thank you Michelle and crew!! My career was in medical imaging for 6 years and I know about the business. This office is the cats Pajamas :)"

"These people seem like they don't want to work. I have insurance that covers all imaging but i received a bill from a third party billing company. After 2 months, they send your bill to the collections agency if you haven't paid. They say they called you multiple times when they have not. My teenage son also got a bill when he has insurance as well... I called them to get it resolved and they tell me they have my info but insurance didn't pay. But they sent me a bill 6 days after my visit. My son received his 4 days after his visit...No insurance pays that quickly. They then tell me that bc it is now in collections, I have to do all the work to fix it. In my whole life of having insurance, this has never happened to me. Smh, horrible horrible horrible"

"The customer service here is literally atrocious - and be sure to watch out for weird supplementary bills from defunct/non-existent affiliates. If you get a weird bill from these people, don't bother calling as you're likely to get nothing but snark and evasiveness. After several tries to get straight answers, I called my insurance company instead and got better information that way. But as for this group, Milford Radiology/Milford Imaging, don't waste your breath talking to them, their complaint dept., or their billing people - they'll rudely blame you and they'll hang up on you in mid-sentence!"
