"Amy Leone was recommended to me by the court system in 2011 when my teenage daughter was experiencing difficult times after a very contentious and destructive divorce. My ex husband was a classic case of parental alienation and put my children in the middle in every way possible. I was forthcoming with Amy about the dynamic and that my daughter had been alienated against me. I would drive my daughter weekly to Milford, where she was practicing at the time, for counseling for my child. Instead of helping, she bashed me too. I didn’t find out about that until much later when my daughter told me about it. Also… Amy just stopped answering my daughter’s texts and calls to set up appointments and dropped her like a hot potato. It was a rejection for a young girl who already felt rejected and marginalized. By 2016, my daughter began drinking and died from complications in 2021. While I certainly do not lay all of that at Amy’s feet, she has a HUGE responsibility on how unprofessionally she conducted herself and her impact on a human being’s life. She treated that sacred responsibility very lightly and flippantly. My recommendation to any parent with a child struggling is to PLEASE find someone competent who is impartial and passionate about helping our youth. This woman is not passionate about that and your child very possibly could be at risk. I wish I had known. I never would have brought her to this person."

"The office is staffed perfectly including the front desk which I believe was the initial issue for some clients! We love my daughter's therapist!"

"This office is very very unprofessional! They never and I mean never have anyone upfront when you walk in so if you have an questions or concerns there's literally no one to talk to. I've literally tried calling the office to make appointments or to ask questions calling every 30 min or so ALL DAY and not once did some one pick up or answer. Tried calling again the next day same thing, no one answered. So finally I drove to the location to get the answer to my questions and literally no one at the front desk. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour until some random councilor came out and I asked her who was around for me to get information from and she said the front desk person should be back soon, asked if she knew where the front desk help was and explained I've been calling for the past two days got told she doesn't know and unfortunately she couldnt help me to get phone numbers or book appointments. Sat around for another 45min and the front desk person never showed. Definitely am going to a different place. Good luck trying to actually get help through this place."
