"Sydney very friendly. My tech very very friendly and comforting. I had to get images of my shoulder and the position was uncomfortable for them to get the imaging. I'm claustrophobic I did use open MRI however they kept checking in on me to see if I was ok . Letting me know the duration.very very good experience plus I feel lucky I was there the first day the mask mandate ended by the president so it's kind of cool to see the faces of those that provided such a wonderful experience. I recommend you to use Rimi it's not just this location it's all their locations Pawtucket can be rude when you check in but I think it's just those girls in that office however the techs in Pawtucket are awesome as well"

"Son and wife expecting their first child I was asked to come In for the ultrasound to see out little bean for the first time only to be told by some snotty nurse I could not go in seeing the room was to small. My son said that’s my Mom would like her here. Witchy snotty nurse again said no the room is to small. Please don’t use this place if you want to share a beautiful family experience. They will not let it happen."
