"The guy isn't George. It's Tracey...he uses the last owners info. On the business he took over. The last man was a creditable man and had integrity. Treated ppl like humans, as they should be treated! If u want to be yelled at and treated like u don't matter. & he always has more important things to do. This is the guy to go. Tracey can't even keep a helper that will work for him. Bc of his poor attitude. Bc I'm dead on, he treats humans badly. Not a George at all! Even his name is fake. Time to hire someone else and stay at home Your days of working with the public are way gone. I will pray for u And bc of how u treated me I'm leaving this review."

Not sure if the last reviews were Karen’s making false claims when they did not get their way, but was helped directly by the owner, George. George was kind, polite, and extremely helpful! Seeing some of the negative reviews after having such a great experience made me want to share this business in a more accurate light."

"This has to be by far the worst insurance agency I’ve ever went through !!! Don’t waste your time !! The owner is super rude and so unprofessional and the lady working the desk isn’t any better !! I tried to explain my situation and at first I thought they we willing to do whatever to help me but then something came up to where I had to cancel my policy, not only was he upset about me canceling my policy but he refused to help me receive my refund ! I had paid cash for this policy and I was told if the insurance company was to send it back directly to the agency I would be able to receive my refund at a more convenient time.. the owner said no that I can wait for the check to get delivered to my house in 2 weeks to receive my money back for the policy I paid for.. he will no longer be helping me. He decided to do that out of spite !! I been going through a hard ship, I believe we all are at a time like this.. this is not the time to be toying with others lives !! I REFUSE to ever go to this agency or refer this agency to anyone !! JUST DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME !!"

"Had insurance here for a few months, first off the guy who owns this place has a serious attitude problem.For being a customer who came in to purchase insurance I didn’t feel welcome at all. I tried to explain to him my situation and the accident which caused my insurance to rise and he basically told me very arrogantly that it was my fault.. then one day I had come in to bring some paperwork back I had asked to use the bathroom. He always has his dog in the office with him I guess. He was on the phone and he told me to watch out for the leash almost like he was annoyed I had come over to use the bathroom. Then there’s the entire having to pay by credit card by calling in every month which is rediculous. Seriously what place does that? For someone who’s looking to run a business and sell insurance you might wanna work on your customer service skills first. Don’t recommend this place to anyone."
