"I had a mammogram done yesterday and The machine smelled disgusting, all I could smell was body odor when the technician was positioning me on the machine. I can’t believe they don’t wash down their machines, but they DON’T. The staff was nice but it does NOT make up for being stinky. I will never have a mammogram there again."
"Honestly it was my first time coming here. The only thing that sucked was not being able to have my husband there with me. But other than that the woman there were supper friendly. Explained everything they were doing and why. They made me feel at home. Comforted me when I started to cry. Very nice clean place as well. Plus they have a beautiful view outside lol"
"They do great work, but avoid the Wampanoag Trail location like the plague. Front desk worker is rude and bossy to the point of bullying! Google Maps sent me to that location, and I had to show the Front Desk Worker (FDW) this for her to believe me, as she was accusing me of not paying attention. She kept insisting that my appointment "was at 10"...it was 9:55 and I could have made it - albeit a few minutes late - if: 1) FDW hadn't left me sitting, unacknowledged, in the parking lot for 10 minutes, even though I arrived 15 minutes early for check-in, as instructed 2) Refused to return my ID and insurance card when asked MULTIPLE TIMES, because she didn't want to "waste" my time if my appointment ended up being canceled...even though the location I was supposed to be at was 2 minutes from home and I had to go in that direction anyway. FDW acted like RI Medical Imaging is the only one with a schedule to keep, like their patients sit around with nothing to do all day...like we don't have jobs that we have to take time away from because they don't offer evening or weekend appointments (or so I was told when I made the appointment for 10 AM on a Wednesday). I gave 3 stars because that is their average rating, so the loss of 2 stars for FDW won't hurt them...but the next person who has the unfortunate experience of interacting with this FDW might not."
"It would be zero stars if possible This! This place was so messed up...trying to follow all these rules they don't even know ow what they are doing! My father had Covid 16 days ago and received covid pneumonia and needed a follow up x ray for his doctor. The first day he went and walked in and the first thing they asked was if he was vaccinated! Excuse me!! What does that have to do with getting a x ray or anything for that matter. Then they said he has to provide a negative test in order to get seen. Umm if you know anything then you would know after having covid it can show up for up to 3 monthes after.. He stormed out because they ferused to see him and he isn't feeling great because of pneumonia. I valley when he got home and spoke with a Susan who said they shouldn't have asked for vaccine status and as long as he had covid over 10 days ago he can come back in. She also gave me the number to RI hospital if he wanted to.go there....I said I will take it but he will probably be coming back tomorrow. Susan said if he comes back ask.for her Susan... So he goes back the next day and they said they never asked for a test showing a negative and Susan denied our phone conversation!!! Straight up liars and no compassion for their patient's. Go.somewhere else this place is horrible"
"Had stitches and wasn’t healing. Went for X-rays while in pain. Quick registration and they took me in right away. Could not have been nicer. Very efficient tech. They pinpointed glass in the wound, which is not easy to find, and I was on my way. Would recommend."
