When we requested a refund because we went with another company since we hadn't heard back from them, they gave us the runaround until about a month went by and the owner called my husband and SCREAMED at him calling him a liar. A month later we were refunded the amount for the pipes but still were charged $200 for freight!!!!! Doing business with these unorganized thieves was a mistake. Don't do it!!!!!"

"I just recently experiences the worse customer service I've ever had in my life. It was my third time using the company and from the beginning i experiences many issues. The only reason i continued using them was because there was no other realistic option in the area. After my third time trying to use them they forgot my entire order and put my consulting business 6 weeks behind schedule. The biggest issue i had with them though was the CUSTOMER SERVICE(RICHARD,TRAVIS , AND THE OWNER FRED). I tried to figure out a friendly solution with the manager and he was in denial of there mistakes. When I talked to the owner he was just as rude. After a 20 minute phone conversation I gave up. What a poorly run business."

"Absolutely terrible customer service, our consulting company ordered tanks from this supplier 6 months ago in preparation for a build out. they said they would be ordered and free shipping would be applied since they already had a truck coming. we gave them the go ahead and told them to order them, offered to pay cash up front. they either did not order them or sold our tanks to others, causing our consulting project to go far over budget on late costs. If you're looking for a professional supplier of plastic products in Maine, this is NOT it."
