"For decades I have searched for a salon that would work WITH my curls. Even at salons with curl-trained staff the go-to was to tell me how dry my hair is and cut it short. "Horrible customer service!! Filled out new client application and the form asked if I wanted text, email or phone call. I put text and apparently they emailed me, which I never got. I had to send in a picture of my hair, I guess to prove I had curly hair. Why would I lie about that. I finally had to call them because I never got the supposed email they sent. They booked me out 4 months and wanted my credit card number on file for that long to book the appointment. Worst business model ever. What a scam! Heather Murphy"
"I came here with my friend who was getting her hair cut, so I did not get my hair cut here (I have straight hair), but her haircut is fantastic and she looks amazing!! The staff are so nice and even gave me some delicious sparkling water while I waited for her appointment to finish. Highly recommend!!"
