"They used to be my to go to nail place for 25 years. I started to notice the decline in their quality of work about a year ago and it’s very apparent right now. My favorite nail people aren’t there anymore as they’ve left. I recently got my nails done and I spotted several mess ups with the way they applied the gel, etc and had to let them know to fix it. After few attempts it’s still not fixed. The white tips aren’t equally placed on the nails. They miss the sides of the nails when applying nail polish. They seem to charge whatever they think is the best. This time I was charged 10 dollars more than my previous visit and it was the same service I got. The one before that, it was 5 dollars more for the exact same service. They used to be all about quality than quantity. Now it’s all about quantity and speed for more money."

"Don't bother making an appointment here because it'll be ignored. This time I waited a half an hour finally got in the pedicure chair she put cold water in and then left to do somebody else. Very unprofessional"

"I have been going to Lee nails since I have been in High School. I go religiously every 2 weeks to get a fill. everyone there is really nice but that also may be there down fall. I have been making apts to assure that I get in and out at a reasonable time. But recently (or really the last year or so) I make an apt and sit for well over an hour to get service. they apologize many times but it doesn't fix the problem. Today was the day that I have just had enough. I live down the rd. and was planning an hour for lunch to get my nails done and they proceeded to come over and tell me it is going to be another 30 min before I can get started. I was so frustrated as I was looking forward to getting them done before being on vacation the following week. Unfortunately I will NOT be going back there and will use a different place. I hate that I have to write this review but I feel like if something is not said then no change will happen. I talk to a lot of people in the area and they ALL feel the same way I do about Lee nails. Also after waiting over an hour multiple times they do not offer to take money off my service or complimentary service or a gift card. not that I need that I am fully capable of paying for my nails but something to show you care goes a long way for a customer that has been waiting that long."

"Nice place to go and there products are good. They are very welcoming and no one waits a long time if you walk in. The staff there is so good. I go to an amazing lady named Noy. I get some out there nails that I find on line and she will paint them free hand. She is so good I followed her when she moved from another nail salon."

"This nail salon is truly one of the better ones..I love that fact I brought my client in to have her nails done an they where very gentle with her an was able to work with her..this place is wheelchair accessible an very clean. They are very accommodating for my client the chairs for the pedicures are absolutely amazing massage chairs you get the deluxe mani pedi you get the works hot towels Hot Rocks you name it. Again most of all the courteousness from the staff couldn't be any better if I could rate them with 10 Stars I sure would. Every station in the salon was clean. The floors around the stations are very clean as well it's nice to see an establishment ran with care. I absolutely love the new location of Lee Nails the parking lot of Lee Nails has lots of parking now also they make sure that their lot is clean of debris as well thanks again.
