"Super friendly service, and Abbie did exactly what I wanted to my hair. I love it! Also, while I always understood that stylists need to charge what their services are worth, I had been to many stylists in the past who end up charging me way more than what was advertised on their site for the service I received. I just started expecting my hair appointments to cost more than advertised anywhere I went, but this is the first salon where that wasn't the case. Friendly service, I love my hair, Abbie was wonderful and transparent pricing. 10/10 - I will be back!"

"I highly recommend this salon. I got my hair done with Jess. I asked for a balayage and I’ve have terrible experiences in the past because most people just make it blonde. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! The color matched the photo I showed her perfectly. She also took her time with me and did an awesome job!!"

"Terrible customer experience. My hair color service didn’t not come out as expected. I called when I got home, after my hair was dry. I called the salon. Played phone tag for a day. I was told by stylist she had to check with another stylist on how to now correct my hair. I accepted an appointment, had to work 4 days in a row, I accepted on the 7th day after my appointment. I was NOT told the salon has a 7 day cutoff. I went into my appointment, I was told I canceled my appointment online, which I DID NOT, I was now told there was a computer glitch and they canceled my appointment. My stylist stayed in the back room. I asked for a refund, I was told NO. I got home, gathered my thoughts, called the salon AGAIN, I was told of the 7 day cut off ,, which NO ONE made me aware of ALL week!!! I had previous plans and could not go that day. I was told they do not do refunds, but are busy stylists here. I checked on the website and I do not see the 7 day cutoff listed anywhere. They had no problem taking my money and tip and leaving a very hurt and very dissatisfied customer. Please, know your rights in every salon you have a service done in, as I was trusting and will not visit this salon again."
