"I usually end up with Sandra when I go to get my hair cut. She really listens to what I ask for and delivers. Today she got stuck with a customer phone call but I was thoroughly impressed with how she handled the call. She thoroughly explained to the customer the answer to her question asking numerous times if she understood what she was explaining. She is very professional and knows what she's doing."
"Honestly, I've been debating on leaving a review. Please don't go here, I can't remember who the stylist was, but just save yourself the tears. I cried for an hour when I went home and did my hair. My hair was medium/long, and I asked for a trim and blended layers. I'm not sure what this choppy and chunky cut is, but it's not something I'd think a licensed ✨️professional✨️ would create. It looks like I had a manic episode and took a razor to my hair in the shower. I went to beauty school (I've known many stylists who graduate and go to SmartStyle, so I wanted to give them a chance) and never in my days have I seen such a horrific job done by someone who claims to have cut hair for over a decade. No, I didn't complain to them. What could they have even done to remedy this? Nothing. There's no way to fix this unless I go shorter. I have a trip in a month where photos will be taken. I'm humiliated. Save yourself the tears. Go to a real salon. I said it, I'm not sorry. The personality of the stylist was cool, but the actual skill. I'm not impressed. 0/5☆"
