"i would’ve given 5 stars but there were a somethings that held me back from completing my storage account and then the actual facility had me delayed. when trying to complete the online account the A.I forced me to contact customer service OTP which took me 55mins, then the agent made a big mistake i was supposed to have a 7x3 instead agent put me in a 5x5 huge difference and made me leave behind my valuables! Then i arrived to facility with all my stuff open the unit and the lock inside unit was a regular lock and key and it DIDN’T fit! BC the lock needed for unit was a cylinder lock so I was forced to leave my valuables at unit unprotected and purchase a cylinder lock! mind you the storage charges customers automatically for a LOCK that is supposed to correspond with said unit! so i had to pay twice for locks! while only needing ONE! but they made so many mistakes! they aren’t organized and definitely not professional! bc when you try to obtain a refund for the lock they charged me they gave me run arounds! manger at the site needs more customers service training."

"Being from out of state ( CA ), I needed a small storage to move my son’s belongings from his Boarding High School until he moves into College at Tufts. So basically I needed a summer storage. Life Storage was the perfect solution. It was easy to make a reservation online. Maria is the BEST! I was already anxious dealing with my own rental car nightmare at the Airport and She went above and beyond and made sure our needs were meet. I suggest going online, you get better rates."
