"I usually buy from this company but you have lost me as a valuable customer. The disrespectful treatment to my daughter and son in law in your store recently is unforgivable. The owner is a very nice man and if he cares about his reputation, he should not keep these employees."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The customer service i received at this place was absolutely horrible. Not being acknowledged when asking for help is unacceptable. Also smoking in the store by employees thinking they are slick doing it too is unacceptable especially when there are kids in the store. Rethink your hiring decisions and reevaluate your employees and management please. Also very dirty store, BEING A FURNITURE STORE. Surprised I didn’t find rats on the beds and couches."

They will say you are lying about your experience and you will not be treated with respect as a customer spending your hard earned money. Their employees from the Saugus and East Boston stores are much better, or buy from other furniture stores."

"That was the worst experience I've ever had in a store the whole my life! The employees were very arrogant and aggressive. They were talking and smoking e-cigarette in front of my family. I respectfully asked them stop because it's forbidden by law. The three employees surrounded me, I look to my wife and kid they were really scared. I felt for a moment the urge to argu with them, but I preferred to step away. I don't recommend this store for any body!"

"We had a horrible experience in the BDS in Lynn on 11/24. We have been good clients of BDS furniture for years. Almost every piece of furniture my family has bought is from you guys and we have always recommended people to buy your pieces. But the treatment that we received today was shocking and disgusting. The manager and his two male coworkers treated us with disrespect. At the beginning, they were smoking inside of the building and not willing to help or answer questions. Then, the manager started swearing in Arabic with his coworkers. When my husband told him to please be respectful of us being there, the manager and his coworkers screamed at him and said they can do what they want and if we dont like it we need to leave. The manager even got out of his chair and started throwing his hands in my husband's face as if he wants to hit him. A business should never be run like this. This is truly horrific behavior and need to see a change done immediately."
