"Made an appointment 3 days in advance. I showed up to my appointment on time and was greeted and told there was a wait. I said no problem sat down and waited. 20 minutes later another associate came in and said hello and asked if I was waiting and why since I made an online appointment days ago, I told her I wasnt sure. I asked how much longer she thought I would have to wait and she sent me into the salon to ask the woman I had made the appointment with. That woman told me it would be a "while" and she could get me in later today. I have no issue with things running behind or off schedule-but it is 2017 and everyone has a phone-call me before I drive 30 minutes to get there, sit for 20 minutes, then get my appointment cancelled. Clearly I wont reschedule."
