"I love the pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid. I'm in here every couple weeks picking up my meds and every time I walk in or drive thru they have always been friendly and efficient."

"The pharmacy at Rite Aide North Hampton was no help at all today when the young lady who answered the phone blatantly told me she was “too busy” to look up my child’s prescription. She simply did not feel like helping customers today as I struggled to get any answer as to when the out of stock prescription might approximately become available. When this staff member told me it was out of stock over the phone I asked her if she could let me know when it was approximately scheduled to come in. She said she didn’t know and rudely tried to rush me off the phone. I then asked her if she could help me by searching her system for another Rite Aide that might have it in stock. She said no. I asked her whether she meant no we do not have that feature available or no I am not willing to help you. She then told me no she was not willing to help with my child’s prescription as she was too busy for that. I am not sure how Rite Aide expects customers to remain loyal to them when their staff refuses to offer basic customer service. This staff member really made me feel as if my business was a huge inconvenience to her. I subsequently called another local pharmacy and that clerk was happy to help direct me to a pharmacy that could fill my prescription same day. It took all of 60 seconds and they now have my entire family’s business, for simply being polite and willing to help."

"I stopped in with my daughter to pickup some snacks and it was an awful experience from end-to-end. From the payment pin pads that weren't secured properly to an old female cashier making racist jokes about customers, I will avoid this store at all costs."

"I have never before taking the time to write a review of a Rite Aid. But this store in North Hampton is hands-down the most friendly, cleanest, well-stocked Rite Aid I have ever been to in my entire life. I’m 40 and have been going to Rite Aid stores since I was a kid. I honestly would consider driving here just because of how great it is, and I live about 20 minutes away. It was such a lovely experience and I think it deserves some recognition since the employees clearly take great pride in their work and enjoy their jobs. Janet and Penny were lovely and kind and helpful. Bravo!"
