"So incredibly disappointed. My pedicure was good. But my gel chrome mani was less than stellar. Two days after my $55 mani it’s chipping on two nails. I’ve never in my life seen such a rushed job. I also feel like the manicure prices are higher than I’ve ever seen and clearly not worth it. Hopefully they’ll fix it when I have spare time (which I don’t…)"

"I’ve been going there for quite a while. I like how my nails look. When I get acrylic the polish isn’t thick. They sure can do amazing designs. I’m so grateful for their service. So if you’re not sure give them a try. You will be blessed with their service."

"The younger lady working was wonderful. She was so sweet and helped me get my old gross acrylics off to get sturdier ones on. But the older lady who I’m assuming is “Kim” with the big rings on each hand sticking through her gloves was awful. I told her I needed short round nails from the get go because of my job description. She continued to make them longer than I asked. When I asked for a little bit shorter when she showed me the progress she paused her work, spoke her language in an awful tone (which I’m sorry I may not know your language but I can still hear that tone in your voice ma’am) and began to be very rough with my hands after that point. She cut my cuticles on 3 fingers to the point of blood, didn’t allow me to get the length I asked for, and threw my hands all around for the rest of the time. Did I mention the price? $80 for a full set and awful customer service. Although their quality is decent that lady’s awful attitude ruins the whole place and I will never return. Left with open cuts that hopefully don’t get infected, nails an inch longer than I paid for, and EIGHTY dollars poorer when I could have had good customer service at HALF that price ANYWHERE else. Not to mention there’s one already broken in half because she cut them with finger nail clippers not the drill… yikes."

"I have been very happy with Kim’s Nails since I started going there back in October. They always do a great job and are the first salon in this area that I can walk into with a picture and they can duplicate exactly what I want. They work as a team which usually cuts the amount of time I am there in half. Definitely recommend Kim and her talented team!"
