"Augusta tractor supply is a joke. Bought a set of ramps to load a wheeler. Ramps are rated 700 lbs each ramp the ramps bent and they said you can’t drive wheeler onto In closed trailer. “ your supposed to winch it on” then my father went to buy a big dog kennel today they had marked for $199 he bought it was on way out and store manager came out yelling at him told him he couldn’t take that because they marked it wrong and it was $1000 not $199 after he already had receipt and gave them cash. Will never do business there again! Very poor service. 2 years ago bought there biggest gun safe they had 64 cannon gun safe and had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get help to load it."

The manager I spoke with went outside and physically made sure it was there before I drive 45 minutes to get it. Once I arrived they were ready for me. They processed the sale quickly to get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Very impressed by the staff!"
