"Every time I walk into Sally’s I’m greeted with a smile and such positivity. It’s nice walking in to a positive happy atmosphere. They are so polite and always help me get the items I need. I was in there on 9/5/2023 and the cashier was so helpful. She helped me find everything I needed as well as guiding me to healthier hair. She was extremely knowledgeable with the products I needed. To the female cashier that day, thank you for the laughs, and positive attitude. They are always a breath of fresh air and so respectful. I walked out happy with everything I had bought :)"

"In my 15 years as an entrepreneur and beauty professional, this was one of the worst experiences I have had visiting a Sally's store. I am new to the area so I was so excited to see there was a Sally's in driving distance. I drove 30 minutes to be watched very closely in this store . As a black woman I couldn't help but notice that when other customers came in no one was hovering over them or conveniently organizing things that really didn't need to be touched lol (what a joke). I guess two of the employees felt I was staying on the nail aisle for too long and needed to keep an extra eye on me . I picked up anything and bought it bc they made me feel so uncomfortable. Being racially profiled in 2023 is not cool and I will be contacting corporate to give specific details on what I experienced today. Very disappointing!"

"First time at this Sally's and it won't be my last. The girl working this morning was amazing, wish I caught her name to sing her praise. I forgot which color purple dye I had used previously and she immediately offered to look it up for me, saving the day! She also recommended a great new hair mask to me. Which I will buy again. The store was clean, organized and well stocked and had everything I needed. But it was the customer service that made it stand out. Sally's take note the woman working the opening shift on 5/20/23 is a delightful asset to your company!"

"The employees there are always smiling and always friendly! Some are knowledgeable about the black hair products that they have. Only give it 4 stars because I wish there was more variety to black hair products."

"This place used to be a great place to get black hair products. Now the selection options for multiple branches on this side of the state offer VERY limited options. I went to 4 Sally Beauty stores and NONE of them had hair for box braiding. I was also shocked by the limited options of black hair shampoos/conditioners here. I couldn't even buy a bottle of Cantu shampoo here when I went. Most of what is supplied here are hair appliances and accessories. I did not find it worth my time to stop here. I will no longer be going here as I wasted my time in multiple stores looking for what I needed for my hair as their site said it was in stock at each of the locations I visited and NONE of them had it. If you have black want black hair products, you would be better off going to Walmart or Rite Aid if you want a larger selection for your hair. You can get hair at local shops in Manchester/Concord areas or order from an online shop."
