"Refuses to provide an invoice for work I paid for on my house. Definitely something going on with them and contractors in order to hide hidden handling costs. Do not use them if you want fair, transparent pricing. It can happen to you to. If your contractor recommends them, I would highly suggest you go elsewhere to get an impartial retailer who is not looking to line their partners pockets at your expense."

"We used Stone Surface for the first time. Very Disappointed. As a GC I've had dozens of stone surfaces installed with other companies. For this project (my home) we were disappointed to find that our faucet does not fit correctly. We have been without a sink now for 5 days, with no end in sight (three boys, one infant). The limited contact we have had has been an annoyed sales person telling me to make it fit with a saws-all (not an option). We simply want our countertop to function correctly, we cannot get a response from stone surfaces."

"I ordered and then waited 2 months for the install of a kitchen countertop. It was my first granite so wasn't sure what to look for. It only took about an hour for the two installers to put in what looked to be a great job. The caulk takes 24 hours to set so I didn't see the damage until later. There was a 1/4" gap btwn the sink and stone, both electrical plate areas had damage, and the shut off cold water valve wasn't shut off all the way - so the leaking water soaked the base of the cabinet and created a big puddle in the basement below. I will say, the management is very good about fixing the issues and I can't say enough about the "Will and Jay backup team" that made it all good. Ask for only them to do your install. Not all installers are equal."
