"I've had things fixed here from time to time. This year had gotten on the list for my snow blower change over. After 3 weeks of no pick up I called back. They stated they lost the slip. Then I received a call back stating the last time I didn't pay the bill right away so they threw away the slip. Instead of calling someone and asking for payment on delivery they throw it away. A business with good ethics would call someone at least. Also the reason the payment wasn't received right away was due to another business calling them to book service after I paid them to fix it and they couldn't."
