"Hilary did a fantastic job on my first cut, went back told her she could go a little shorter, well my bangs were way to short, and her razer cut was a butcher job, it looked like chop chop, and not thinned evenly, in all my year's my hair never felt like straw till this cut, let alone nothing was even, definitely a rush job, now I'll have to wait for it to grow out to straighten this mess. As my daughter said my red flag was when I said I wanted a french bob and she didn't know what that cut was. In response to you, my hair feels like straw, from what I read it's a dull razer, and I think half inch bangs is a little to short, and everyone says it looks like I have a helmet on, definitely not a textured Bob, and you were in a rush to get to the Vet. And if I wanted a 30 min haircut I would have gone to one of those places that rush you in to rush you out. As for your response, why I waited was I didn't want to write a review, but when you have to look in a mirror everyday and look at this hideous cut and want to cry, this is the worst haircut I've ever been given, as for your phone call to me you never apologized for this horrible razer cut so you should be ashame, your a business and should know you will have some bad reviews hopefully you will learn from YOUR mistakes."

"Hillary is, by far, the most amazing stylist I have had! She is so patient with my hair and goes above and beyond to make sure I leave confident. My son won’t even go to anyone else as his hair show every cut mark and Hilary is the only one that makes it look natural. I couldn’t ask for a better stylist. Always a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere and great conversation! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone!"
