"Horrible customer service. I tried for four weeks to get into the showroom. First I called and left a message. Then I called the US sales office and they gave me an email address to reach the Boston showroom. I didn't get any response. I called the US office again a few more times trying to get someone from the Boston office to call me. I was promised multiple times someone would call. I was also given specific reps to call with their extensions. I called and left messages. No response. At one point a rep from the US sales office told me I wasn't successful because I must not have seemed mad enough. Eventually I decided Humanscale wasn't worth my business and in the end I purchased a desk from iMovR and a chair from Lifeform."
