"Towards the end of having my unit, a significant amount of stuff was COVERED in mold. Moisture is obviously easily trapped inside the unit but I was not expecting so many things to get ruined because of this. Overall would recommend using this storage unit with only items in sealed containers. No furniture as it will be exposed to the elements. I found it difficult to get in touch with anyone on a regular basis during operational hours and often had to speak to an automated voice. Online interface is much better than calling in but still can be finicky."
