"It was time to replace our pool liner, so we headed to Littleton Pools where we were greeted by Brendan like old friends. We were astonished when he went to his files and returned with the details and specifications of our last pool liner installed over 20 years ago. Due to our schedule, the new installation had to be delayed 7 weeks. Little did we know how cruel the weather would be for the rest of the Summer. Continuous rain severely interfered with the schedule of the installation crew as they worked feverishly to catch up. Brendon and Tim were in close touch with us by phone and frequent onsite visits and assured us that our liner would be installed this Fall. At last the day arrived and when Brendon and John unwrapped the liner they were dismayed to find that the supplier had sent the wrong size. A replacement liner arrived within the week, but the window was closing on getting a day warm enough to get the job done. Finally a couple of warm days and our installation was complete. Even though the elements conspired against them, Brendan, Tim and John got the job done. They maintained their professionalism and humor throughout. We recommend Littleton Pools highly and without reservation. We look forward to seeing Brendan and crew next year when they open and close our pool and install a new cover."

They did a spectacular job and were attentive to every detail. The pool was up and running for start of season and they were responsive to our many calls and questions concerning the new system. "Tim and his crew installed a vinyl lined pool in summer of 2020 and have maintained it since. I cannot overstate how great they are to work with! They took the time to answer all my questions before, during, and after installation. They were attentive to details and really made sure the installation was perfect. After installation they encouraged us to call with any questions as they were keen on us becoming knowledgeable pool owners and really took the time to show, explain, listen.
