"I went there yesterday to fax a death certificate and I needed help. Staff came over for about 8 seconds to “help” and couldn’t be bothered. I wasn’t confident it went through, asked the front desk if someone else could help me. Nothing. So I ended up going to the UPS store where my car got hit. At UPS the guy actually helped me though and didn’t even charge me after I told him the nightmare of Staples. So they lost my business. It’s just crazy that 2 minutes of someone’s time could have prevented me hours of time on the phone with insurance company and accident report filing on top of the process of death certificate paperwork. PEOPLE SUCK. Especially this new generation that can’t be bothered."

"The staff is the right combination of friendly, helpful, and willing to let you skip on your own. They are also very knowledge about the stuff they have in stock and we're able to help me zero in on what I needed."

"Do not bring your commercial printing here. First set of 24x72 trade show banners had a large smudge on one and the 2nd was 4” too short with a white streak across the bottom that looked like the printer ran out of ink. Obviously no QC check as they were given to me this way rolled up and banded. The second set was printed on regular paper not banner material and would have torn in no time. The third set had 2 black streaks on one and 24” fold marks across both which affected the ink adhesion. I’m leaving for a trade show in 24 hours so I’ve had to accept and settle for less than desirable quality. The staff here were friendly enough but possibly under staffed, under trained and overworked. This is what happens when venture capital companies take over what we’re once great organizations."
