Turns out we did not like that couch and told him what we wanted, and he showed us several. We ended up choosing the Waverly Power Sofa with Power Headrest, and it is being delivered Tuesday."

"I ordered an entertainment center through the website, since they didn't have a floor unit of what I wanted in the store. My encounter with the salesman (Jerry) in the store was phenomenal, however, everything since then has gone terribly wrong. 1) The piece originally listed that a TV of 85" would fit in the unit and since there was no display, we had no way to verify this but the website. At most a 75" would fit and that would require the TV to have a tiny bevel. This required the purchase of a different TV. 2) Delivery on 5/17. I had to work from home in order to accommodate delivery on a weekday and trusted that the installers would handle the items with care without keeping an eye on them. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Both piers were damaged, one minor but the other was a major flaw. A hole was made in the backing of one of the piers and the installer used tape to try to conceal it. Apparently R&F farms out their deliveries to a 3rd party and doesn't stand behind the quality of work of the installers. 3) I took a 10% discount for my trouble (mislabel and damage) and added expense of the website error, redelivery was scheduled for 7/2. 4) Installers arrived on 7/2 with the center console, NOT THE PIERS. 5) Called corporate to find a resolution to all the lost time and consequence of the damage and improper specifications. I was offered an agreeable solution but when I went to the store, they refused to honor the resolution which corporate had offered. After spending countless hours on the phone with customer service, we reached a compromise. Apparently an employee offered something that was outside of their power to do so. I am not at all happy with the situation but I feel the resolution is fair. The 3 star review reflects this."
