"I purchased a hot springs tub in August of 2020, unfortunately it did not come with the technology to view/ control the temperature from the mobile app. I was always sending people to my house to check on the tub. When I was in the Hanover store picking up supplies, Dave Gianino mentioned that there was new technology to hook my tub to an app. I purchased the technology and within weeks scheduled the installation. Owen Sprague is the best service technician in Maine. Very reliable, always on time and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the all around exceptional service."

"I just received my Hot Springs Vanguard tub after a 2 month patient wait. The process to finally purchase this tub took me about 6 months of research and visits to different showrooms. When I got to Mainly Tubs I was helped by Kathleen Foley. She was very helpful and patient with all my questions and phone calls. "Great experience with our first visit this week. Typically we hate interacting with high pressure sales commission businesses and were not looking forward to our visit, assuming that we'd be bombarded the moment we walked in, but as we approached it said right on the door "no commission" and our experience matched that. The staff was extremely helpful, the atmosphere was low pressure, and we will absolutely be back for all our maintenance and chemical needs. We already owned a tub but we briefly browsed the tubs and the prices seemed really great too. Would recommend to anyone looking for either a new tub or maintenance needs on an existing tub."

"When we first entered the showroom we weren't certain on which tub we wanted. The sales rep was very patient and answered all our thousands of questions. We spent a lot of time hopping in and out of the different tubs. The ability to do this and have all our questions answered at the same time helped us to make a confident decision on which tub we wanted. The check-out process also went smoothly. Following the purchase we had a great experience with the men that installed our tub, it was great to see them in action. We have a hill in our yard but they handled it with ease which was also a huge relief for us! After the installation we had several questions during the set-up.
