"After purchasing a pool in 2021, two vertical posts bent in over the winter ( mildest winter I remember) was told the warranty does not apply as it was caused by ice - I don’t see ice in the picture - I have had a pool for 30 years and my pools in the past never caved in because the thin gauge vertical posts could not support the pool cover - I was given Webb site to order parts from the Chinese manufacturer myself ( yes I have to pay) is there other problems? Will the pool cave in or rupture with my family swimming in it? am I now a qualified pool inspector ? Do NOT purchase anything from this company"
