"I was very happy with the company at first. Had a liner put in that was great . We asked them to redo our pool deck and was basically told our job was too small because they were too busy which is fine but the communication was terrible . We sent an email with some questions and never heard back. All they had to do was direct us to the concrete co. Which they didn’t but said I missed the window .. huh? I asked about the fence co. Well the guy is sick .. huh? No response no call . Don’t say you’ll do the job then ghost us.. Will never go back"

"Last year in October of 2021 scheduled an install for a skimmer on an inground pool, which was scheduled for April 14th 2022. 9 months later had to learn to do it DIY. No call or email in regards to service. No pool for 2 seasons now, hurray. Only ones who promised to commit to helping but no forward effort on behalf of business to keep a customer informered or exsplain why no show or call back. ~ Ian"

"We had just moved to Hampton last year, we were opening up our pool for the first time. The company that had serviced the pool for the previous owner had opened the pool. The filter was leaking and there were other issues, they said they could not come back and fix for weeks. We reached out to Wilson Pools, they were busy as all pool companies I imagine are at that time of year. We explained we especially needed the pool open, our son has special needs and the pool is a big part of his physical activity. They adjusted there schedule and were here the next day and fixed it and had it running great all Summer."

When I walked into the store they treated me as though I've been one of their best friends for the longest of years very comfortable spending my money there, due to their expert customer service and competitive pricing."
