"Testing pool water and making recommendations on keeping the water crystal clear is their top priority. Thanks for quick service and friendly staff"
"I've used several pool stores in the past and Abramo has been the most helpful by far. Absolutely worth driving a few extra miles for. Couldn't recommend them more."
"Horrendous customer service from opening/closing team. Specifically, Omarion. I was home when they came but didn’t realize they arrived. They left me a note saying they could Not install the above ground stairs or open the pool because the fence around it was broken. It’s literally a one minute snap together fence that I fixed in under one minute. Obviously, I would have done this if I knew they were there and pointed it out. Instead of knocking to see if I was home they just left. Way worse, I called the shop later that day and asked him why he could not install and he became so rude, loud, and condescending. He would not allow me to speak at all and became belligerent over the phone. It was extremely odd. He said the water level was also too low. I filled the water up to the max height I could without it spilling out of the pool. I was never show any other way to do it and also pay them to close the pool and i left it as they left it when they closed it. Again, he was rude and cutting me off while I was asking how to do it so i could learn. I’ve never had a customer service experience like this. I own multiple customer service oriented small businesses and if any of my staff spoke to a customer this way, they would be terminated immediately. On top of it, they are the most expensive around, it’s it’s not how I would expect to be spoke to as paying customer, or even a human for that matter."
"Ordered a system from them because I want to support local business. I could have saved money and ordered directly. I was disappointed when I didn't get a call to acknowledge that the system was being delayed a week and I had to stop by to check on it, because they hadn't gotten back to me even after a follow up phone call, but they eventually called me and the system arrived the next week."
"Over the 3 years I've owned a pool, I've made many trips to buy supplies or ask questions about issues I was unsure how to handle. It doesn't matter who I've interacted with, whether it be Mike the manager or any of the friendly and knowledgeable staff, I've always been very well taken care of and left the store feeling like I was the most important customer they have. In a time where customer service is spotty at best, Abramo deserves to be recognized for being the exception. I very highly recommend them for your pool related needs"
