"After 22 years my oval above ground needed a new liner. Dennis came out, took measurements then Mike and his team came out to do the install. They were efficient, knowledgeable and did a superlative job on my pool. They replaced the support pads, skimmer and squared it up. The liner is beautiful and I now have a new pool."

"We used the branch from Fitchburg, Denis, General Manager organized the project. We started 3 years ago and due to issues on our end were not able to actually install our 15' diameter round, above-ground, replacement pool until this year. Denis hung in there with us. He arranged to get it installed in June, even though we had to wait until March to order. The installation was complicated due to surround decking from 1993. He sent his most experienced installers and they were quick and expert, made it look easy! Only the best to recommend re Lindsay (office admin) and Denis. They could have put us off for more lucrative large inground pools, our Westboro area has many fancy homes vying to get pools installed, but they cared for us as though we were the most important customer they had."

"They make me feel as though I am bothering them when I call. Scheduled an opening one month before memorial day. They rescheduled for the Wednesday before the holiday. Then didn't show. I called they then told me they wouldn't be able to make it out due to lack of staff. Customer service sucks, way overpriced oh and they installed my pool 3 years ago and since then I have three divets the size of softballs under my liner. Told to wait until I need a new liner. I've had it with them. Called today to schedule a service, they don't know what the schedule looks like. Idiots."
