Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | New England

"Crowded, noisy, and expensive but the kids had a fun time. Great staff. The rooms were clean and also most of the public areas. We were disappointed that there was no hot water in the public showers on the last day. Also, the fridge ruined our food cause it was freezing. But overall, it was a good experience."

"EDIT to this post after a day, my five year old has bad diarrhea AND is puking and out of school, save your money and don’t go to this nasty place! I believe she got sick from something in the pool. Going to make this short as possible! We loved our room (wolf den suite) super cute, my kids loved it, staff very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, we will not be returning, it’s just way too busy, the pool is packed full of people to the point where you can’t even move around, just feels dirty in my opinion.. (even went on a weekday in hope for less people) another thing is, why isn’t everything included? Rock climbing, mini golf? If you want to do all of that you need to pay $60+ for “passes” you’re already spending an arm and a leg to be there, that stuff should be included in my opinion, just like the water park? maybe that will also help break up the overwhelming amount of people in the pool? We did a few of the kid events, kid yoga, story time, night time dance parties all in which characters should’ve been at.. nope, we didn’t see or meet one of them, which was a huge disappointment to my three year old. Don’t advertise things and not do any of them…. My kids did like it, but as far as parents, very overwhelming, I tried my best to like it but it just wasn’t for us."

"We came to the Great Wolf Lodge for the first time with anticipated excitement but to our dismay, we were disappointed. Firstly, finding convenient parking wasn't even a reality. We had to park a good distance away from the entrance to the park. Then upon check in, we had a long line to wait in just to get our wrist bands. We bought the Adventure Pass to get a taste of what the Great Wolf Lodge offered and overall, we did enjoy ourselves. But the facility seemed to be understaffed. For example, the VR Adventure was staffed by one person who, not only had to set up participants to play and also work the register but then also run over to handle the mini golf section. Having only one employee working multiple stations, really kept us waiting excessively longer than necessary. The same thing could be said about the towel station outside the water park. There was a long line just to either pick up towels or to return them. It's just seemed like an easy solution to place one more employee to expedite this service. The Great Wolf Lodge is obviously a successful venture but for our money, we wouldn't be motivated to return anytime soon."

"Myself and wife bought 3 rooms for my son’s bday and his closest friends and their parents to stay. We had an overall good time! The downfall is the pricing of food/drinks… $5 for a candy bar(imagine that) A candy bar cost more than a gallon of fuel! Second issue is we’re sitting at the pool (with the basketball hoops) and a worker comes up and asks us to move from the table as it’s “premium seating” you have to pay extra to sit at a table with chairs!! Are you joking me!?!? We paid for 3 rooms $900 and spent close to $1500 on different items and we have to pay extra to sit at a table with chairs!!!?? Mind you we sat at the same table the night before and nobody once said anything to us… this place makes plenty of money yet you have to pay for a table… Another thing is the way some of the lifeguards speak to the kids. My son and his friends told me that a few of them were nasty toward them… I will say the swim area is really fun and spacious and the same with the arcade."

"We just visited for our first time. We all had a great time. Shout out to the staff, everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. We stayed in the deluxe queen suit. It was clean, roomy enough to fit a family of 5, wagon, and stroller. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it worked for us. So many fun things to at the lodge, we can’t wait to return!"
