"Horrible company! Does anyone even work here? I placed an order for an adcraft pm-20 mixer that was an amazing deal on their website. Everything went smoothly and I got the order confirmation email. A few days pass and I am still waiting for a shipment confirmation email but never receive one so I figure they are just delayed. I go check my credit card statement and see that they refunded me my money. Then I check my order status online and see that they had cancelled my order without ever sending me any kind of notification or email. I called them probably over 10 times within a span of a few days and no one ever picks up the phone. I sent them an email asking them to explain why my order was cancelled, no response. I go to their website and use their chat function and no one responds!! And mind you their chat function says “responds immediately”. That’s a joke. I went on their website and see that they had increased their price for the mixer by $500! They probably cancelled my order realizing that their price was old/incorrectly posted. But that is on them and not me, they should honor their price and mistake! This company is a scam, no one picks up phones, answers emails or respond to their chat. STAY AWAY!"
