Target

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely abysmal target location. Would be bearable if it wasn’t for the paranoid older woman running the register. And I mean singular register. The store is stocked all out of wack and reeks. Smells like exactly like old wet garbage to a T. The stench is nearly unbearable by the front of the store. The older woman who works there closes the self checkout so the only available register is the one she runs. When me and my family were checking out she had security stand with her and spoke to him how she was worried we were stealing. When she knew we weren’t she made rude remarks to us. Awful, awful woman and poor asset protection guy who could have been doing anything else. It’s a real shame I won’t be able to shop here anymore! PLEASE FIRE HER so I can have my target back!"

"If you need the pharmacy go to any other cvs that the one inside target the woman who works there is rude and snotty, she will not answer questions nor help you if you have any issues. And if you try to rephrase the question for her to understand better she gets verbally aggressive with you. Just this morning I had to call about something to ask the pharmacist and she just started screaming into the phone that she was the only pharmacist there and didn’t have time to help me then just started saying no over and over again while screaming into the phone. I have never come across someone like this before in customer service, bad day understaffed or not there’s no excuses she needs to be let go."

"This store is top notch. The customer service department deserve pay raises for making returns easy, fast and efficient. On another note: tonight I went to the register to check out and commented that the item I was purchasing was cheaper at a different location. The cashier asked the cheaper price and matched it on the spot with proof. Service with a smile. You have a forever customer in me, thanks for being awesome Target and delightful employees:)"

"Refused to return my item. That’s okay. I was probably a few days late. But the girl at the counter opened the box before they knew that, and for some reason leaned on it the whole time she was talking to me so now it’s not in giftable/sellable condition (to be fair the camera is still fine). Though nothing against her personally, I’m sure she wasn’t thinking about my resale value during the almost return. So now I’m stuck with an opened camera with a damaged box. So buyer beware, I wouldn’t buy anything expensive at target. Go to Amazon. It’s worse, but better for the consumer."
