SEAVASANA LLC is a gym and health institution located at 70 Heritage Avenue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. We specialize in stand-up paddle board yoga (SUP Yoga) on the serene waterways of the New Hampshire Seacoast. Our classes cater to all levels, whether you are new to yoga and paddleboarding or a seasoned SUP Yogi looking for a challenge. With over two decades of combined experience in SUP Yoga teaching, we promise a safe, accessible, and fun experience on the water.
Join us this summer to take your yoga practice out of the studio and onto the water. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and offer a unique experience of practicing yoga on a paddleboard. We have refreshed our schedule and offerings to pre-pandemic levels and look forward to the 2024 season.
At SEAVASANA, we offer a variety of classes including all-levels paddleboard yoga, power yoga, pilates, SUP Barre, beginner workshops, moonrise paddle and yoga nidra meditation, and private SUP Yoga classes for groups of up to 13 participants. Our classes are hosted at Portsmouth Paddle Co, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax completely in the peaceful waters.
Our goal is to provide a safe and accommodating on-water experience for everyone, regardless of skill level, body type, identity, or age range. We use premium paddle boarding equipment, custom anchor lines, and have a team of certified SUP Yoga and CPR instructors to ensure a seamless and rejuvenating experience for our participants.
