"We love Salsa Secrets. My wife and I have always talked about taking salsa classes. Especially since I’m Puerto Rican and she is Dominican. At family events when salsa came on we would sit and that sucked. So we took the absolute beginner salsa class to see if we would learn anything or how fast we could learn something. We attended the six week class and every week we couldn’t believe how much we were learning. Believe it or not after week one we were comfortable enough to dance at a family function and not look ridiculous. Inside our class there were couples and singles. You could switch partners if you’d like or you could stay with your partner that you came with. We also attended the date/social nights and a couple work shops that showed other forms of dance. These were held at the studio on Fridays or Saturdays. We have met so many great people at these events and it’s a great way to show off the things you have learned. My wife and I currently take advanced beginner, salsa classes, and beginner Bachata classes.
