"My wife and I tried their baking class for Christmas wreath. It was probably the most underwhelming experience we ever had. I think the entire class got surprised when the baker said that baking is not science but add things how you feel. It turned out to a disaster for everyone. Edit- thank you so much for the amazing customer service. Really appreciate you reaching out personally and resolving the issue."

"Did the Savor Spain class with Regina tonight. Great experience. Easy to understand. Fun. Things were ready for us. There was plenty of food. Got to be involved in prep. So yummy - cheese stuffed dates wrapped in prosciutto, shrimp appetizer, paella, olive oil ice cream - so yummy. Would 100% recommend."

"Horrible customer service. I tried to exchange, in store, a knife I purchased online, thinking I would have a better experience. The salesperson grilled me on the validity of the return, and said someone would open the knife case. I waited, no one did. I went back to the cash register, they acted like they didn’t know who I was and told me to get back in line. I ended up just returning the knife and I’ll buy another one somewhere else."

"I have ordered many things this past month for the holidays and as gifts. BUT…there were 2 SETS of napkins that I needed to return, and the return FEES are so high I’m just keeping them. BUT, I won’t be using this company any longer;). The items were pretty and good quality but they matched the price anyway. So it wasn’t like I was saving any money. And there are other companies out there that do compare."

"Cooking "classes" are mostly just big advertisements to buy things from the store. You don't learn, it's more of a vibe of helping your mom in the kitchen cooking dinner. 4 people have to share one table, which we knew going into it, however, the 4 of you cook one meal together. So, if you're just going as 2 people, you'll be spending your whole time with strangers. Hygiene wasn't paid attention to whatsoever. We left not even half way through, as the class was a waste of time, and would not have been sanitary enough to eat. The manager of the store was not helpful in any way, and very rude about the whole situation. Just wanted to update this to say no one even reached out. I'm not surprised at all, no one seemed to care in the store, either."
