I love Strong, Zumba, beginner ballet, Fitdance, leaps and turns, Pound, yoga.. every class I take at Kinetic Synergy is great! It’s an awesome place to take classes, and a great place to teach as well! Lauren brings in the best instructors, they’re all friendly, full of great energy, and really love the classes they’re teaching. Owner, instructors, staff, and clients are all friendly, welcoming, and fun! Definitely try out a class or better yet, try out all the classes!!"
