Michelle, the administrator, always figures out a way to help us out and it’s just been such a pleasant experience. Our kids always leave happy even though it’s a little foreign to them going in. I’d HIGHLY recommend this daycare for full time care of your children."

"Our daughter has been at BH in Norwell since Dec 2021 and we can’t imagine bringing her anywhere else! She started in the infant room and is now in the toddler program. Andrea and Michelle have been outstanding, empathetic and real with our family as our daughter made the transition to the school. They employ a staff that models these qualities. Each member of the staff has contributed in a positive way to our daughter’s growth, knowledge and exploration. The environment is so warm and nurturing. They follow a well designed and balanced curriculum. We feel completely comfortable leaving her with such excellent hands and often times comment that this is our second family! From the beginning, we have observed so many staff members taking the time to make us feel at ease. They genuinely want to assist, lend advice and be that extra ear you need as a new parent. She has been there for a year, and the progress we've seen in her social and educational development has been astounding. The administration and staff have been great at communicating with us and working with us for a personal feel to our child’s care. It has been such an amazing experience, that our 6 month old now attends the infant program. It’s comforting to know he’s in such great hands, and the love they show him is beautiful to see. "Our son loves his time at Bright Horizons - he is so happy there. The phone app makes us feel more comfortable about sending him to daycare. Administrative staff and teachers are so helpful, friendly and dedicated to their students. Whenever my son has a difficult drop off I receive a message about him or a picture of him assuring me that he is doing well. As our world is changing and we are all adjusting to the new normal with Covid19 the administrative staff and the teachers have been dedicated to make this especially difficult transition painless not only for their students but for the parents as well.
