"I have been working out with Matt and team for a couple years now and it has been a fantastic experience! Matt is always positive and motivating. Workouts are not easy but Matt helps you achieve your fitness goals and always makes sure that your form is correct so you do not hurt yourself. "I have been at APC for four years in the small group training. A back Doctor once told me that I need to give up the game of golf due to an L-4 injury that will never heal. Since my training with Matt, I have noticed more driving distance, flexibility and strength. The pain after playing golf has diminished which enables me to continue playing. The demeanor, knowledge and insight-fullness are indicative of the trainers at APC. I cannot recall that I have had the same exercise in my sessions. The others who train here are friendly and respectful. I sprained my foot and now I perform my workouts without my sneakers on. Just another example of how the trainers cater to ones’ needs. I strongly recommend APC for post physical therapy or just staying fit."
"Is there an option for 6 stars? I have been attending fitness programs at APC in Hampton for over 4 years. Matt and crew run a great ship. The exercise program is top notch. I have been involved in group fitness and some personal training sessions and loved both. The camaraderie of group fitness is great where as a group we push each other along and the individual attention and personal direction associated with individual training sessions is completely focused on individual goals and is 'next level.' I found that no matter what option I chose, the exercise and sessions applied to my needs and I was in great hands. They identified my areas of weakness and or areas needing some improvement given the goals for my sports (surfing and skiing) and helped me turn them in to strengths. That is just one example of the many wins I had through training with Matt and the APC crew. Matt and his team are extremely knowledgeable in ALL types of exercise from strength to cardio and agility to flexibility as well as the mental and motivational side of training. They have amazing facilities and equipment and are a very flexible crew and will work with clients on timelines and goals. And oh yea they have an awesome sense of humor too. "I originally started training with Matt to work on my running. Shortly after I started I injured my foot, unrelated to the training. Matt created a new plan to accommodate my foot and gradually worked me back to more explosive training. When I returned to running after the break to let the injury heal, I found I lost very little strength and endurance to the training regimen Matt had put together. I can't say enough about my experience with APC."
