"Disappointed with Chez Boucher"
"Had a fun time with Chef Boucher. The Durham cooking class took place at UNH. The first 20 minutes we went over the dishes and the background of the menu. The next 3 hours we went into the kitchen area and we were instructed and then participated in creating the meal. The last 30 minutes we enjoyed the meal in the original classroom. Most of the time someone participated and got their hands dirty in the actual cooking, but there were a couple items that Chef Boucher had to do himself due to time constraints and not having the ability to share the cooking load, such as the risotto. My wife and I had a blast cooking, the food was good, and Chef Boucher shared many tips on creating not only a delicious meal, but having an easier time in the kitchen generally (for example: putting garlic cloves in the microwave for 15 seconds makes peeling incredibly easy)."
