"Go elsewhere. Service & attitude of salespeople has become quite poor. We dropped off our Polaris cleaner for service 3 weeks ago. They happily took it. Since then we have called many times to check on the status but the phone is never answered. We stopped by twice, but they were closed during their normal business hours. Finally got through today after letting the phone ring 32 times. It was answered by a very rude person. I asked about the status of my Polaris & was told she had no idea when it would be ready as they were waiting for a part. I questioned when said part was ordered, She wouldn’t answer that. I questioned whether she was thinking a few days or several more weeks. She very rudely responded that she had no idea. I asked why were we not told at drop off that the store would not be open their regular hours & that it would take several weeks to even look at it, again an answer dripping with attitude & rudeness. I suggested that the charge for the service should reflect the inconvenience of several weeks without our cleaner. Her response was come get it whenever you want & she hung up on me. I also never told her who I was & she never asked, so not sure she knew, likely just gave a standard answer “waiting for parts”. No one ever called to tell us about a problem with it or ask if we wanted it fixed. Perhaps depending on repair cost, we might have chosen to purchase a new one. We never okayed the repair.We have used Leslie stores for our pool products for 19 years. Never Again."
"Randy and his crew are excellent, informative Patient , recently went in there when they didn't have power, I was looking for a certain filter for my pool, he didn't have it at the time. I didn't even ask him to look else where. But he tracked a filter down at another store and had it as his place the next afternoon. Called me and I picked it up that afternoon. My pool has never been cleaner and needed less maintenance. This guy honestly cares about the average guy as well as his pool guys. I will never buy anything else pool related again because of Randy and his Crew, customer for life"
"Purchased a custom cover for a kidney shaped inground pool from Leslie's in Framingham. Randy provided outstanding knowledge on pros and cons to decide on the pool cover that was the best for our needs. He also personally oversaw the entire process, ensuring we knew the timing of measurements and installation. Many thanks to Randy for the great customer service!"
"We purchased a sand filter from there the beginning of last season. Had problems from the start and they ending up replacing it because it was “faulty”. By that time the season was over and we didn’t get to use the pool at all. Come this season, time to open the pool and the filter is still not working. They told us to have leak people come out and we did there is no leak. Then they have had service people come out to fix it all leaving saying it is fixed come to find out it is not fixed. Over the past two years we have done and bought everything they have told us too thru them and our brand new filter still does not work. Randy at the store has been nothing but amazing but the corporate office has been awful. I am not one to complain but they willingness to help us isn’t there at all. There is sand shooting from the jets whenever we put the filter on. They told us they will have someone come out to make sure it is a filter problem. What else would it be! So here we are with a big beautiful sand filled dirty pool with a brand new filter and no one is willing to help besides Randy. And he can only do so much... very very disappointed"
