"I got a call today about a second reschedule for my pool closing. Ryan Trombley gave me a call and told me we would be delayed another day. Not a big deal, but I did ask for a discount. Ryan's response was "are you fucking kidding me?" I don't know about you, but when is the last time you had a customer service person swear at you? It didn't stop there though. He said, "and now you are complaining about all the red needles and shit in your pool." So he decided to double down the swearing. I explained that his customer service is horrible. All he had to say is "he will look into it." Ryan then told me he has a law degree from UNH and he is running a multi million dollar pool operation. I am not making this up. Phil never called me back and they had the nerve to send me a bill after all of this. I would steer clear of these guys. I know good help is hard to find, but give me a break!! Ryan is obnoxious. Beware."

"These guys are next level amazing! They stepped up to the plate to help us with a hot tub repair when (what seems like) every other local company couldn’t be bothered to help us. They were professional, courteous and made us the priority. It was like a breath of fresh air after months of finding zero help from other companies. I don’t know when the next time I’ll need a pool or hot tub, but I know that I’m calling Paquette Pools first!"
"Updated 10/27: shortly after posting my original review, I received a call indicating that the part had actually been received and they could come out Monday. I received two more calls after that when minor scheduling hiccups occurred. The new board was installed Tuesday and it seems to be functioning as expected. I also received a call today (Thursday) from the tech asking how it was rocking and if I had any issues. That’s the kind of service I was going to get after the first few snafus. I’m satisfied with the outcome. Original review: Poor warranty work experience. Our less than 2 year old hot tub (purchased new from Paquette) has been down around 5 weeks at this point. Problem 1: After smelling smoke and it shutting off, I called during business hours and left messages twice on different days when no one picked up. I had to call a third time to get someone later that week and she had no record of my calls. Then I waited 2 weeks for a tech to check it out. I know things are busy so I sucked it up. Tech said I need a new circuit board and they needed to order. I call to try and pre-schedule a time for the repair so I wouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks after the part arrives. Problem 2: I get a call this Monday (2 weeks after the tech first diagnosed the issue). The tech said that Saratoga shipped the wrong part and thy needed to get a new one. I asked if they could request that it be overnighted and the tech told me, "It's better if you call them". Why am I supposed to call the manufacturer? call Saratoga and leave a VM. No response. Problem 3: I call Paquette Friday and the manager I've been dealing with said it just shipped yesterday or the day before. I relayed what the tech said and she said she just learned of the wrong part Wednesday and didn't request expedited shipping. Does no one talk to anyone over there? I almost never complain on review sites but hoping their ownership/leadership takes notice. Mistakes happen but effort needs to be made to improve. After the first problem (no call backs) and second problem (wrong part shipped), they really should have done more to ensure that there wasn't any delay in re-ordering and should have expedited shipping."
"Just purchased a Saratoga Hot Tub from Rob. Outstanding experience! This Hot tub is well built and easy to setup.Rob went to great lengths to satisfying our needs.
